RETURNS & REFUNDS
If the unit does not meet your expectations you may return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Please email email@example.com or call 1-800-898-6970 to start the return process. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount along with a 15% restocking fee. The item must be in the original packaging and packed securely. Refund credits will be issued within 5 business days of receiving the unit back. The unit must be received back in good, salable condition in order to receive a full refund.
You can choose either to ship with our Threshold pricing, or with White Glove. If you choose to ship Threshold, someone will then deliver your Sobro to the nearest threshold where it will not be damaged. The Threshold cost is $0. If you choose to ship White Glove, someone will deliver your Sobro to where you would like it assembled. The White Glove cost is $99.
Regarding Sobro orders from ALASKA and HAWAII, there is, unfortunately, an additional $300 surcharge for shipping.
We process and ship your Sobro order within 8-10 business days. Your Sobro should arrive after 2-3 weeks. If you have not received your Sobro within this time period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Upon delivery of the unit please inspect the box for damages and verify the color marked on the box matches your order. If the box is heavily damaged either refuse the delivery or request the driver wait while you open and inspect the unit. If there is any damage or wrong color refuse delivery.
ATTENTION: Please be available to sign for this package delivery. The Sobro is a large product and the service requires a signature upon delivery.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
The Sobro is currently only available in North America, however, we are working on making it available worldwide. If you would like to subscribe to an email list for the Sobro and you do not currently live in North America or Canada, please register below and we will keep you updated!
If your unit is not working or defective in any way, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-898-6970. We will work with you to fix or replace the non-working or defective part. If we are unable to fix your existing table we will schedule an appointment to pick up the damaged unit and delivery you a replacement at the same time. You have a 1 year limited warranty from date of delivery arrival.
You have 5 business days from delivery to report a damaged unit. Please send an email or call 1-800-898-6970 to report the damage. Our customer service person will then work with you to replace the unit.
Replacement parts are available. Please contact email@example.com or call 1-800-898-6970. Our customer service representative will advise you the possible cost of the part and/or applicable shipping costs.
Your Sobro comes with certain parts placed inside the drawer for safekeeping. When assembling your Sobro, please check the drawer for additional parts to ensure that the coffee table is completed. Your Sobro weighs 100 lbs.
