Sobro App Compatibility
The Sobro App is currently compatible with iOS and Android. The app is intended for use on phones only, and tablets are not currently supported.
Which devices are compatible with the Sobro Wireless Charging Pad?
The Sobro Smart Side Table’s Wireless Charging Pad works with iPhones and Android Phones. Make sure to remove your phone case and that the phone is positioned correctly. Wireless accessories like the Apple Watch and Apple AirPods may not be compatible.
My device is not charging. Help!
Certain devices that require a data USB-C charging cable may not charge using the USB-C ports. If you are having difficulty using the USB-C port with a specific device, please connect via an adapter to one of the Sobro’s USB-A or 120V ports to charge those devices.

What Sobro products are app connected?
Only the Sobro Smart Side Table has connectivity with the Sobro App.
What features are app-controlled? Are any features only available through the app?
On the Sobro Smart Side Table, the color-changing LED Back Light, as well as the Alarm and Sleep Aid functions, are fully controlled through the Sobro App.

How can I get a spare part for my Sobro?
Contact support@sobrodesign.com for questions about parts that are broken or missing from your order. Do not attempt to repair your Sobro yourself or through a 3rd party vendor or maintenance service.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
Orders placed through sobrodesign.com are final. Our fulfillment process involves the immediate delivery of orders to our warehouse facilities, and once this has been completed we cannot make changes.
How will my order ship and when?
Sobro Coffee Tables are shipped with FragilePak delivery. This is a specialty carrier, white glove delivery service that includes in-home assembly. For the Sobro Side Table you can choose between FragilePak in-home delivery and assembly OR UPS front-door delivery. Your Sobro product will ship as soon as your order is processed. Delivery generally takes 2-3 weeks.
How can I set up a delivery time?
FragilePak delivery services allow you to set up a delivery and in-home assembly time. For UPS delivery, you will be updated by email and text automatically as to the status of your order through our system.

Once the item is being prepared for delivery to its destination, you will be contacted by text, phone or email to confirm a delivery time. If you cannot be reached, you will be prompted to schedule a delivery through the portal

It is important to complete deliveries in person so you can immediately check the shipment for damages and so the unit is not stolen or delivered incorrectly.
What if something happens during delivery?
For FragilePak: please be sure to inspect your delivery for damage before the delivery person leaves. If the exterior of the box is damaged, do not accept delivery. For UPS: if there is significant damage to the exterior of the packaging, please be sure to document the packaging damage immediately. Contact Sobro Customer Support at support@sobrodesign.com with documentation of the damage, as well as proof of purchase and tracking information.
What regions do you currently ship to?
We are currently able to ship only within the contiguous US states (i.e., not including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We do not currently ship to Canada, and cannot ship to a PO box or an APO/FPO address.
My product arrived broken, what can I do?
Contact Sobro Customer Support at support@sobrodesign.com with documentation of the damage, as well as proof of purchase and tracking information.

How can I buy Sobro as a gift for someone else?
To give Sobro as a gift, simply enter the address of the recipient for delivery. Items delivered do not come with a paper receipt, receipts are delivered electronically using the email that was used to order.
