It is important to be available to receive delivery orders in-person, as this will allow you to check for damages that may have occurred during shipping. You will be prompted by either FragilePak or UPS as to the tracking and delivery time of your Sobro order.
For FragilePak: please be sure to inspect your delivery for damage before the delivery person leaves. If the exterior of the box is damaged, do not accept delivery.
For UPS: if there is significant damage to the exterior of the packaging, please be sure to document the packaging damage immediately. Contact Sobro Customer Support at email@example.com with documentation of the damage, as well as proof of purchase and tracking information.
