No support outside North America

I bought this back in 2019 through the Indiegogo campaign and it has been working okay. But when I got a new phone I couldn't connect any longer and since the fridge defaults to on (and doesn't have manual override), I now have it turned of all together. I was informed by their support about a new app but since I live in Denmark I cannot download it, because they only support North America. Why was I able to buy it in the first place?
So, now I just have a table...

needs offline backup for all features

I purchased the table in late 2019 / early 2020. At the time I had a phone which ran Android 6 and the app did not connect because it was made for newer (at the time) versions of Andriod. In late 2020 I updated my phone to one which ran Android 9 which later updated to 10 and finally 11. The app ran fine with those versions of Android. The phone finally broke and in March 2026 I started using a new phone which runs Android 14. The app will not even install on the phone because it has not been updated and is made for "older versions of Android" (app store message, not me). without the app, the refrigerator will stay set to its most recent setting and you cannot turn it off or on. Hopefully it is set where you want it. You can manually plug a 3.5mm headphone jack in the rear to play music, but will not be able to adjust the volume without the app. It will be stuck at the last setting until a power outage and then revert to a default volume after a power outage. You can use the dials on the back to turn the rear-facing lights on and off + adjust colors, but cannot operate the front light or set the night-sensor. That will stay in the most recent app setting until you have a power outage and afterward revert to being permanently off (until you gain access with the app again). The wireless charger will work flawlessly without the app. pass-through power on hte rear will also work flawlessly without the app. Wish we had physical buttons so that all features would continue working since it appears that the app will not be updated. As it sits now, it has some features beyond a regular table, but is frustratingly shy of the advertised capabilities.

Nothing but regrets

Very heavy, Cooling fan is super loud. Can only be turned off through the app which hasn't worked in months. No work around. the foot light doesn't work anymore also. 4 years and it's essential dead. Absolutely insane.

App stop working

No need to say anything. I have same problem. App stop working, can't connect to side table. It just blinks. Night motion light no longer works 😓

Update the app

The app dont work anymore juste do a update pls
