Sobro Coffee Table

What sad is that I actually love this table, I purchased it twice because I gave the first one to my neighbors for helping me last minute move. As a bachelor living in a studio apartment this has been a great investment in terms of saving on refrigerator space for actual food instead of having to decide between the two. But for the expensive world that we live into today this company needs to add a Forward Gliding lift top/dinner table feature to this design is Looooooong over due! PLEASE, my back is killing me! Seriously, and when your nearing 50 and like most other people are living paycheck to paycheck in a studio apartment. As everyone knows, your living room/main room needs to be able to function as a utility knife and be able to serve multiple purposes. Meaning, it needs to be a living room that can pull double duty and serve as a dinning room. Because believe it or not the other side of your Kitchen is also pulling double duty and serving as your office space/den/workstation area. So to say that their is little to no room left for a conventional dinning table to eat is an understatement. Keep in mind, I'm speaking on behalf of the Single people or even couples who would significantly benifit from this coffee table being able to pull triple duty just makes sense. I would give up all of those other ridiculous features that I could easily purchase seperatly on my own in favor to be able to eat comfortably sitting upright for all of my meals and not have to risk eating at my workstation desk as i do from time to time just to be able to sit upright and eat comfortably and enjoy my meal. I got my own bluetooth speakers, and power banks and know how to purchase led light strips for myself, its not that serious! but what I cant manage to squeeze and fit into the same space is another table just to sit up right and eat at!!! They only advertise this thing mainly as a party trick and not realizing that people are actually using in practical everyday life as the only viable option/space to eat at, and the fact that you have to hunch over to do it 3x a day is BRUTAL! So please for the love of God can someone at this company in the year 2026 figure out a way to make a Forward Gliding lift top version of this table. And my advice if you want the all important refrigerator feature of this table to last a long time like it should for the people whose failed would be to plug up an expensive item such as this to a Panamax slim 20amp high power conditioner like i do with mines. I'm not sure who would spend that kind of money on a piece of futuristic and then just plug it into the dirty power coming from their wall outlet!! I feel like these are the same people who buy an expensive sports car and put regular fuel in it and look completely lost and confused when the engine breaks down! Also if you move the refrigerated table their is a waiting period to plug it back in just like a real refrigerator, so NO i don't think these tables are just breaking down out of the blue for no reason. These are probably the same people who still drink tap water as if its pure and clean as well! lol

Avoid buying this table at all costs.

I purchased this table about two years ago, and now it has completely failed—no cooling and no Bluetooth functionality. For a product that costs around $1,500, that’s unacceptable.
I contacted customer service on March 26th through the 800 number and was routed to a third-party call center (handled by StoreBound, which apparently supports Dash and Sobro products). Each time, I was told the same thing: they would “send a message to the Sobro team” and I’d receive a callback within 24 hours.

That never happened.

I called again on March 27th, then the following Monday and Tuesday—a total of four attempts. Not once did I receive a callback. I also emailed Sobro directly and got no response.
At this point, the lack of support is just as frustrating as the product failure itself. Spending this much money on a table only to have it stop working—and then be completely ignored by customer service—is incredibly disappointing.This has been a nightmare experience and a huge case of buyer’s remorse. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I supported the Sobro coffee table cooler when they launched their IndieGoGo campaign in 2017. My unit arrived in November of 2017, and it still works perfectly today! The Bluetooth speakers are easy to connect to your TV/phone/computer, and it's awesome to be watching the game, open the drawer and grab an ice cold adult beverage. It's sleek, the USB and power ports are handy, and everyone is always impressed. It's the perfect addition for any man/woman cave or folks who love to entertain.

Never had any issues with the glass or the fridge or the lights. They sure are pricey now compared to when I bought mine, but the quality is incredible. I cannot recommend the Sobro enough!

This table has a lot of features. One feature they don’t advertise is that it explodes on its own. If you want a table to randomly explode for no reason at all, this is the coffee table for you. The joy of cleaning up little pieces of glass all over your house will provide hours of entertainment.
