SOBRO RESIDENTIAL LIMITED WARRANTY

For one (1) year from the date of original delivery, this Sobro (a division of StoreBound, LLC) product warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace, under normal residential use, any part of the product that proves to be defective in material or workmanship. All service provided by StoreBound under the above warranty must be performed by a Sobro factory-certified service, unless otherwise specified by StoreBound. Service will be provided during normal business hours.

The Cooling Drawer in your Sobro product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of the original purchase when utilized for normal and intended household use. Should any defect covered by the terms of the limited warranty be discovered within two (2) years, StoreBound will repair or replace the Sobro.

FOR RESIDENTIAL INDOOR USE ONLY. The warranty applies only to products installed for normal residential use. The warranty applies only to products installed in any one of the 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia or the 10 provinces of Canada. This warranty does not cover any parts or labor to correct any defect caused by negligence, accident or improper use, maintenance, installation, service, or repair. This warranty is valid for the original retail purchaser from the date of delivery and is not transferable. Keep the original sales receipt. Dated Proof of Purchase, Model Number, and Serial Number are required for warranty service. Any third-party dealers, service centers, or retailers do not have the right to alter the terms and conditions of this warranty. Sobro warrants your product against defects in materials and workmanship when purchased directly from Sobro or an authorized Sobro Retailer. This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser, or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. The warranty is valid from the date of original delivery for a period of one (1) year. In the case of a covered warranty defect, Sobro will at its option: (A) repair the product using new or refurbished parts; (B) replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product; or (C) provide a partial or full refund of the original purchase price to you in exchange for return of the product. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper use or maintenance, normal wear and tear, commercial use, accident, or external causes. Unauthorized repair, modification, or customization of your product voids this warranty. Warranty is voided if used outside of the 50 states of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the 10 provinces of Canada. Warranty is voided if used with an electric adapter/converter or used with any voltage plug other than 120V.

The warranty does not cover the following: Accidents, acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations, or any cause beyond the control of Sobro. Unauthorized modifications carried out to the product to comply with local or international technical standards in countries for which this Sobro product was not originally designed. Products on which the serial number has been altered, deleted, removed, or made illegible. Units that have been transferred from the original owner. Products that have been purchased as refurbished, like-new, second-hand, “as-is”, or “final sale”. Products used in commercial or rental settings. Products used in settings other than ordinary household use or other than in accordance with the provided instructions. Products used outside the 50 States of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the 10 provinces of Canada. Food loss due to product failure or delay in replacement. Transportation and shipping costs associated with the replacement of the unit. Damage to the tempered glass of the Sobro Coffee Table. [Coffee Table only] THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE FOR EACH WARRANTY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT STOREBOUND, LLC WILL PROVIDE, EITHER UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR UNDER ANY WARRANTY ARISING BY OPERATION OF LAW. STOREBOUND, LLC WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long the warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

Repair or replacement as provided under this warranty is the exclusive remedy of the consumer/purchaser. Sobro shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damage except to the extent provided (or prohibited) by applicable law. Sobro does not warrant that the appliance will work properly in all environmental conditions, and makes no warranty and representation, either implied or expressed, with respect to the quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose other than the purpose identified within this user’s manual. Sobro has made every effort
