I bought my black sobro coffee table in 2021 from QVC on sale for around $900

That said everything was in working condition when I got it. All the features work. I had the Sobro coffee table plugged in 24/7 for the refrigerator unit.

Fast forward to 3 years later. ON June 23, 2024 I came home from work and the sobro coffee table was still in working operational condition. I go to sleep. And then the following morning I wake up and find the glass tempered glass top from Mt sobro coffee table in my living room exploded with broken glass debris all over my apartment in the middle of the night. I did purchase a seperate warranty protection plan for the coffee table and glad I did.

As a result the entire sobro coffee table glass tempered top feature is damages entire surface with huge cracks from the exploding impact.

Nothing hot or cold was on surface of tempered glass top.

Sobro coffee table tempered glass top is still making cracking sounds. I have unplug the table since that explosion.

I called sobro customer service and asked if leaving the sobro coffee table plugged in 24/7for the refrigerator unit to function would cause this to explode the glass top. The REP said no that should not happen.

Im getting reimbursement for the price I paid for the table and plan to order a new one. I will have to pay a little out of pocket for the completion of replacing order later.

4 years ago, I decided to buy this "amazing" and very expensive side table for me to have cold beverages ready and cold. When I was ready to use it, fridge didn't work. Contacted support center and they were not helpful at all. After 4 years later, I regret severely buying this table.

I’ve had this for 4 years or so now and I still really enjoy it, and everything on it still works. Clearly it wasn’t designed for apartment dwellers though. When it’s in Bluetooth mode anybody within range can connect to it as I discovered today when porn randomly started blaring on it - YEP, THAT CAN HAPPEN! I usually never keep it in Bluetooth mode but the fridge isn’t a frost free one - every 3-6 months I have to unplug it overnight and remove the solid sheet of ice from behind the fridge to keep it running right. It defaulted to Bluetooth mode when I plugged it back in and an hour later I hear porn moans in my living room while working in my office….🤣 other than that, I still love it and everything still works great on it.

I’m a techie and fell in love with the pictures and idea of this coffee table. So I decided to spend the $1300.00. The fridge and speakers do work great, lights underneath are ok. But the digital display on top where you set the controls for the coffee table gave out within the first three months and are hard to read and use. Contacted support and warranty and all they told me that it wasn’t covered? The warranty is supposed to be for two years. Customer service is horrible and all the told me was “sorry “. No offer to fix, replace or anything. Not worth the money and avoid this crappy product!

Woke up to SHATTERED GLASS everywhere from the coffee table, it was such a shame because we really enjoyed the table even though the plug and usb ports failed after a few months of purchase. I wish they had an option to upload pictures so I could share what the table looks like. No cause for the glass to even break, just happened in the middle of the night while we were asleep.
