Sobro is currently available to order online and ship only within the contiguous United States (ie excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Sobro Coffee Tables are shipped with Ryder delivery. This is a specialty carrier, white glove delivery service that includes in-home assembly. For the Sobro Side Table, you can choose between Ryder in-home delivery and assembly OR UPS front-door delivery. Your Sobro product will ship as soon as your order is processed. Delivery generally takes 2-3 weeks.
It is important to be available to receive delivery orders in-person, as this will allow you to check for damages that may have occurred during shipping. You will be prompted by either Ryder or UPS as to the tracking and delivery time of your Sobro order.
For Ryder: please be sure to inspect your delivery for damage before the delivery person leaves. If the exterior of the box is damaged, do not accept delivery.
For UPS: if there is significant damage to the exterior of the packaging, please be sure to document the packaging damage immediately. Contact Sobro Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org with documentation of the damage, as well as proof of purchase and tracking information.
