No good customer service n not working

I can't believe their customer service is not good at all. First they only need email conversations which I did bec table was making ao much noise and can't be use in bedroom bec of noise. Wireless n light is not working. I complained in email n no one emailed me back till few days. Finally they called me and asked n
Video which I sent but they said they can't replace or refund me which is ridiculous. Never buying again

It’s an ok product

I purchased this along side the coffee table a couple of years ago and it’s just ok.

Pros:
-Convenient snack refrigerator door
-Multiple plugs including type-C
-The motion detector is very handy
-Good sound quality and volume range from the speakers

Cons:
-The app is barely usable, it always seems to disconnect from the nightstand
-You need 2.4GHz WiFi just to hookup to the nightstand, which is very outdated. I’m lucky my router can switch to 2.4GHz for troubleshooting purposes
-The back light is pretty much useless, requiring a really dark room for the light to be visible
-The refrigerator drawer isn’t really that cold
-The wireless charging pad doesn’t work for anything I put on it

Honestly I don’t understand why their products are so different from each other. The nightstand could be far superior if they just made it a small version of the coffee table.

Only works with 2.4ghz wifi

Can't connect it for any of the wifi functionality any more as most routers don't use 2.4 ghz signal and have moved on to wifi 6 or even 7 coming soon, makes a sweet $700 paperweight though!
